The click reserve allows for the recovery of clicks collected during failed campaigns, or those collected when there is no campaign in progress, so that no click is ever lost.
- In the event that there is no campaign in progress, your click will still be recorded, and put in the reserve to benefit a future campaign.
- If a campaign fails, all of its clicks are transferred to this same reserve.
The click reserve is systematically checked when a campaign fails to reach its target: if its balance is sufficient to cover the missing quantity of product, it is used to bring the campaign to completion. Many failures have been avoided thanks to the existence of the reserve.
Please note that the reserve is specific to each product category. As the units of measurement differ from one product to another, it is not possible to combine the clicks collected in a common reserve for all products.
