When a campaign succeeds, we pool all the products offered to the beneficiary in a single package, for example a pallet.
It is this merging that allows us to reduce logistics costs, thanks to which we can offer you competitive prices while still financing our costs to investigate, identify and locate animals in distress, and transport the products.
Unfortunately, when the objective of the campaign is not reached, the merging in the same packaging is impossible to achieve since part of the products initially expected is missing.
As a result, transporters refuse to take over products that are not packaged, or they charge higher fees.
Because of this refusal of the transporters, when a campaign fails, it is unfortunately impossible for us to deliver the products offered. Consequently, the beneficiary receives nothing and the buyers are refunded.
