The shelters that seek our help are in difficult situations.
All these dramatic situations can legitimately lead to misunderstanding or even anger.
In this context, we remind you that these shelters, their volunteers and Animal Webaction, are private actors trying to find solutions to situations for which they are not responsible.
Like any attempt, the ones we make can result in successes, like an abandoned animal that is adopted or a successful delivery of products, but also in failures, like an animal that spends its whole life in a shelter or a food campaign that does not achieve its goal.
While these failures should never discourage us from trying, such discouragement would be tantamount to penalizing other animals that can still be saved.
We must continue to fight to help the remaining animals.
